GoPro has officially sent out the save the date for the announcement of their two new action cameras; the GoPro Hero 11 and the GoPro Hero 11 Mini.
The teaser trailer shows two new cameras which is no surprise considering all of the recent leaks. The new GoPro is rumored to have a 27-megapixel sensor and keep the same form factor as the GoPro Hero 10. Upgraded specs are always welcomed with a new GoPro, however, the true star of the event will be the new GoPro Hero 11 Mini.
The Mini is rumored to have similar specs to the Hero 11 but will be lacking displays which aren\’t really necessary when you can control your GoPro via the Quik app or QR codes. The FPV community has been looking for an alternative to the GoPro Session or the GoPro Bones for some time and this just may be the answer.
The unveiling of the new GoPros will take place on September 14, 2022, at 6 AM PT.
