Can I take the Tram to Sandia Peak?

Yes BUT… You must already have your equipment (skis, snowboard, boots etc.) because you have to ski or board over 2 miles to get to our rental shop. We recommend that you plan to drive to Sandia Peak until you are proficient skiing from the top of the mountain. Sandia Peak Ski Area is not associated with the Sandia Peak Tramway.
